I have the sane problem with my turner I just got it and updated it and dod said it was off but was still working when I drove the truck?

Hey I am new to the form but I have had diablo turners and I just got the intune for my 2010 gmc Serria 5.3 and the dod isn't working. I have did mall tunes and won't work. The programmer says its turned off but it's still doing the afm 4 cylinder b-s help?
