I had the same issue, when it gives you the green check either to turn on or turn off give it and extra 10 seconds each time. Its worked for me, and i have a 2012 dodge challenger rt, at least it work on the last update, ill check here in a min with this new update.

This is not my first tuner, I had a predator on many 09 challenger, and from what I have read, alot of 6 speed challengers are have trouble with the dcx. I'm hoping someone from Diablo sport is going to do this problem quickly.

I just bought the dcx and I plugged it into my computer and downloaded all the updates. Everything was going good, untill iI tried to install one of the two tunes into my car, it asked me too turn of and then turn back on, I got the message " failure to write tune", then it went into recovery mode ...
