I was told by a tech at the Dodge dealership that even if you return it to stock they can tell if you had a programmer installed. Whether that's true or not I don't know.

You have to make that adjustment while loading the tune. When you select modify tune you should see it in the transmission section.

Success!!!!! 6K RPM shifts work every time when manually shifting.

If you get a chance to take another look at the tune file, you will notice my engine doesn't enrich during WOT pulls until 3rd gear. And when it does it goes pig rich.

When looking at the tune did you notice anything strange that would prevent my engine from enriching at WOT. It doesn't enrich until 3rd gear.

Sounds like you're having the same problem as me. My 07 Ram 1500 is hitting the rev limiter at 5800 as well, and that's the sweet spot and my shift points.
