if you're not getting a vin read out by the tool, my best suggestion would be to head to the dealer and have them program a vin into the computer. Once the vin is in you should be able to start tuning.

Venezuela. I know of others here that our running the dcx and dont have this issue.

Got a DCX today, plugged it in my computer right after i unpackaged it, i let it perform its updates and then proceeded to install on my jeep.

The device gave me a "Vin not recognized" message, so I hit the "enter manually" option and it did not recognize it as well...

I have an i1000 installed ...

So what is the update on this? How come Diablo never got back?

I just purchased a tuner for my '08 3.7L and im nervous I might not be able to get it working, I'll report back once I get it in my hands.
