did this go anywhere? I just purchased the Trinity and have the same message "data stream stopped, waiting for engine start" in my '10 Ford Ranger. Problem is the truck is running when I get the message. I don't have a custom guage layout just Ranger and Ranger_2 as pre-loaded.

Just purchased a new Trinity programmer. I could have sworn there was a Mac OS picture on the package. Yet here I sit with a software disk that doesn't want to work on my Mac and nothing in the downloads section of your site for Mac.... We're not starting on a good foot here.
