its not the speedo that will be wrong it will be the shift points.
Diablo will deny the problem. I have a 2011 as well and was forced to use the AEV procal to adjust as diablo just ignores the problem saying
"its not needed"
use the procal and you will feel it shift better right away

Just tried that last night and it did make some difference (added about 20ft of range)
I used some grounded shielding wrap attached to the lower ground bolt by the ob port

The issue is the cable not the tuner, as the issue happens even when the cable is plugged in alone.
