I will say that when I did get ahold of the tech at Diablo, they "reset" my inTune using some majic code that I had to enter, then honestly, all worked well. It is somewhat unfortunate that they have to keep the reset procedure a secret, but I guess it has a purpose somewhere...

Yeah, I called and they sent an eMail....well, it still doesn't work and my irritation level is going up by the day! Will get on phone again tomorrow and see what happens, so far I am less that satisfied...if this continues, they get a slam from me on Jeep Forum...
