dodge doesn't update their pcm's. they'll just write what you had on there when you 1st bought the car.

Doesn't work like that. You can just add the gains together. The peak gains happen at different rpms. 15 + 15 doesn't equal 30. And who's to say that any of those gains happen at the engines power peak? You could start with 300hp, do the mods and still have a peak of 300 or even less. The important ...

Simply swap the front O2 sensors from side to side and see if it changes sides. Also if there is a leak at the throttle body then you have an inaccurate tune to start with. (lean which would be a slow response)

Your research is wrong. Cooler is better. You can watch power drop as the motor gets hotter, especially the 6.1. They heat soak, they knock, power plummets.

If anything I'd drop the fan temps to 181, 188, 188.
