I'm also stuck in recovery mode. Like several others I waited almost 3 hours on hold for Tech Support...this is called good customer service, ha.

Just received my InTune. Updated device from website, but when I try to use it I get a "Vin Database Error" when trying to Scan or Tune. Also, Additional Perimeters function is not accessible. My vehicle is a 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, I-6. Noticed this setting under Firmware Info...Vin Db ...
