Is the inTune DCX used to modify the ECU of one car only? Can I use one device to map 2 or 3 cars?

Now I am worried. I have a 2013 Manual and I got the intune thinking it would work, considering it works on the 2012. If there is no update for a 2012 manual, don't know when it will work for the 2013.

I don't mind the wait..just need to make sure that I don't have to buy ANOTHER unit to use on my JK.
