application has failed to start

Just installed CMR 5.0, says application has failed to start because the configuration is incorrect... would like to be able to use the diesel package.

what would have caused the trinity to do that? Ever seen it before?

Now the vehicle starts once and then dies, after that just a crank no start after customer was on the phone with you guys. Looked at the codes when it got into the shop, "wrong immobilizer key". Is there going to be an update in the future to make the gauges light up the lights at different times. Ex: green light on at 1000F egt yellow at 1200F and red at 1400F? same with trany and ect temps.

Tried it Mike, no success. Any other ideas? I guess I'll look for something other then the program, even though it ran fine with the new heads right before I tried the update. Did you run it by the other guys guys there?

Same tune its been running with for a year. It's a 5.4L DOHC navigator motor in a 2003 Mustang that we did the motor swap and tune in 1 1/2 years ago, we put new heads in it, ran it with this tune, but not now since i updated the crom to tune it, it does this?

This worked to read the backup and program the custom tune we had for it, but now it has a crank no start
