That did it!

I have a 2012 Dodge Charger RT RWD and just got my trinity not too long ago. It's been registered and for now, all I want to do is download my stock tune to the Trinity, then my PC. But I keep getting this when I try:

Same thing happened to me when I tried to download the shift firmness to the 93 tune, I kept getting errors. It was fine when I added the throttle boost & changed the tire size. I still wish I could increase the shift firmness. I also tried to update the firmness after the 93 tune had been installed.
