So got through after 35 minutes this time and the person I spoke to had me do the exact same things I had already tried, including resetting the tool and downloading the calibration again.
still no luck.
so was now advise to go to sprintex and request a replacement tool. Does this sound right. Am ...

So how long should i expect to be on hold first thing in the morning. have called twice being on hold for 20 minutes each since you opened first thing. this is becoming expensive. is there another way or should i just send this thing back?
