Hey Mike! Forgot to check back in... seems the 4th reboot time was the charm! Working fine now and back in my truck!

Need some assistance here: I tried to update the crom files on my Trinity through DS Downloader but the process froze up on me... Now DS Downloader can't find it on any COM port... Tried resetting with the Left Bootup trick and 3 times I entered my vehicle info and still no help with DS Downloader ...

I got this sticker when I bought my Trinity... sadly, it came off when I was washing my truck. Haven't seen them in your online store and was wondering where to get a replacement. Any help is appreciated!

I downloaded your dashboard for 07 & up DCX in the PID's thread here, and I'm wondering if this is the same one already loaded on my Trinity from the factory... also wondering how to load it onto my tool... (copy it to dashboards folder?)
