Update: close thread fixed. I called in and talked to a support agent. They had me unplug it a restart the process, it took about 3 mins to update after that. Not saying if yours it taking a long time unplug, but after like 6 hours maybe.

Ok so it's been about 12 hours, and nothing has changed, the updater still shows full red bar and don't unplug it's updating, pretty sure something isn't right. I plugged my intune into my computer to upload a tune , and it ran the update and started update. Was like ok cool went and did some things came back hour later still updating. Final Update Fixed. Alright, I am gonna post this so if anyone searches may give them an idea before they send their unit back. Edit: Ok I got a new cable and it didn't work in my car in any fashion. So as a control I plugged it into my girlfriends car to see if it would code read, and it linked up and read codes. I just went and checked it, and no when I turn key on it stays the same way as write at the determining, then said unable to determine, then showed last one, and that info was all correct.

I have exact same issue. Hoping for a answer to what to do, I made sure all my drivers were up to date, and dataviewer is the same verison. Doesn't work for me either.
