Does anybody have any idea how to fix this problem with the DCX-1000???

The DCX Just freezes as I try to do a restore.

I have the same problem with my 2011 Challenger RT. Update downloaded fine then it wouldn't take in the car. Now it is stuck in restore mode but freezes up and won't restore. I think I need a reset code but I don't know how to get one. I really need help or a strong drink of something!
