Of course i tried calling 2 times - waited for 15 minutes - but no one picked up the phone.

Found the Problem.
I didn´t install the latest GM Gas crom file.

Did that and it let now select me 2016.

When i choose 2015 it let select me escalade and then 6.2 engine.
But as you can see in my picture the supported vehicles described in the selected tune file is the 2007-2015 escalade and not the new 2016 model.

When it comes to the vehicle selection the newest year is 2015. There is not 2016 selectable.
I have a 2016 Escalade which should be supported.

My truck is a caddilac escalade 6.2v platinum 2016.

In the vehicle selection menu of the trinity it is only possible to select the year 2015 (no 2016 avaible).
In the list of the supported vehicles of the trinity i can see that also the 2016 is supported ...

Then we added supercharges from Vortech to it.
Until now we worked with a CMR Tuner in the states.

The problem is that the communication is very complicated and it takes days to get something.

I recently let my dealer built in a Vortech Supercharger Kit for my 2005 Mustang V6 4.0.

Everything works well - but the dealer didn´t get to manage how to raise / delete the speed limiter.

We have got the Custom Tune File from Vortech.

Does anybody know how to raise the Speed Limiter here ...
