I have what seems to be exactly the same problem.

Just received InTune today, tried to install on my 2011 Mustang GT. Freezes after a couple seconds of the round-and-round "wait" symbol.

Hooked it up to the PC, got it updated eventually (on win7, had to run as admin) which took around 45 minutes ...
