What should I do to delete the DTC P2A01 & P2A04 ?

I've attached the GM_TUNES-1t02aa.ITF file, but the symptoms did not change.
I tried to test the other new i-1000 .
It was working properly .
Is it possible to format the i-1000 that has a problem?

After updating "Error Code=0x00000386"and is displayed and i-1000 programmer became impossible.
It has not improved, although the 1r03x file was attached.
It was confirmed as instructed but does not work.
