There is a newer version of the software but they need to talk to you to walk you through how to fix it. Try setting up an appointment to call them so they can help you.

They are going to tell you to keep trying with it hooked up to a trickle charger until it works. It could take up to 50 times. Also, leave your driver's door open.

It's been 3 weeks and my Charger is still not tuned. I haven't heard anything on an update. It would be nice to hear anything at all. At this rate I might just return my programmer.

I installed the base one followed by the 1b dcx one followed the the 1ce dcx one. Should I start over and install the base one followed by the 1ce dcx one?

On the other thread he posted update 1ce. Try that one but I'm having problems too.
