It's a 2007 F150 5.4L. So the 93 Octane Tune doesn't change the "original" shift points from the original stock tune?

I've had the i1000 installed onto my truck for a few months now running the 93 Octane tune, my question is I want to mess with the parameters a little but I'm afraid to mess with something a little too much and mess up my ECU, so what would some of the things I should be careful with while messing ...
