does this infer that B&G tune is superior to diablo latest revison?

I received my Predator and was reading re the install. Slightly confused re initial install tho.
Shud I download the latest rev r20 to the unit first (already downloaded the files to my pc and have the USB driver installed) and then plug in to 06 SRT8 and backup the original tune before loading r20 ...

Re the different version nos. I am a bit confused here...I have a predator not yet installed-06 charger SRT.
How can one file upgrade a 5.7 and an SRT from the same file for best performance. Both are different engines.
Also how can one version give better performance than a later version per some ...
