thanks for the response. I called about an hour ago and had my tuner reset. working great now. just finished tuning my truck. Now I just need to test it out.

I updated my Trinity with the most recent tune. I can now also select my model year (2017), but the Trinity is saying that I need to upodate the tool before the truck can be tuned. I don't think I am having the same DSDL issue as above since I got the DSDL update to download and run. any help ...

I updated my trinity with the most recent GM can tune today and my 2017 sierra is still not supported. when will the new tunes be available for download?
