My other truck was a 2006 model 4.8, any how I tought this tuner if supposed to work on 4.8,5.3,6.0 engines.

The new truck is a 2007 6.0 Automatic.

Have you seen BDS's new LS1 blower? sweet they had a bone stock project "4.8 LR4" put out alomost 400RWHP to the wheels! So let's say 500RWHP for less then $10,000 after some other mods. Add a 4L80E or equivilent upgrade to that and just start imagining the havoc!!!!!!!!!!

Hey bro sup? I'm not with Diablosport but I think I know what your prob is. What is your comp ratio? 10:1? If it is I would use at least mid grade gas.
If your compression is lower say 9.5:1 you should be fine, you might have ran accross bad gas.
