After a couple of emails one with a new ecm tune andanother with a tcm tune, the tuner is working and was able to reinstall factor tune, and then retune with diablo tune

ok here is my problem, i went to go put my stock tune back on my 2012 gmc sierra with a 5.3l, and it comes up with a message after selecting tune vehicle and turning the key on when told to do so...... no ecm fond. turn ignition on....... now the ignition is in the on position with out it starting ...
