Moved them to comp via click and drag. Now I can open them but other than a tree I don't see anything when it is playing. It says it supports Trinity and Predator, nowhere is intune mentioned.

I installed the data viewer. When I download the logs, I get failures.

Second one (and all subsequent) was "the problem reported was: 'command not supported'".

File names of logs available are not congruous.
