Bump...looking for some help. I can't even get a log file to download to an SD card, either. It shows the "Please Wait" heartbeat dealio for about a minute and then the heartbeat part simply stops and it will stay that way until I unplug the USB/power cord from the PC.

I get the icons of a PC and a PC tower saying that data is being transferred, but it does that for 15+ minutes and eventually ends up erroring out with a "Connection to tool interrupted!" message in the DS Viewer window.
