Did you try changing the "sleep monitoring"
If the 2 suggestions i gave you don't work,that's it for me,i got nothing else,lol.
My Evic or Dash lights/gauges were turning on and off too,but changing the sleep monitering to 33 seconds and making sure i shut the truck off while the tuner is in ...

Your Trinity won't shut off unless you have it in the "Monitoring" mode and hit "Halt Monitoring" when you shut the truck off.
You can also try setting the "sleep monitoring" to about 33 seconds.
I had the same problems on a 2013 Ram,the Evic would keep turning on and off every few seconds,found 33 ...

Make sure you have it in Monitering mode when you shut the vehicle off,and hit "Halt Monitering".
On my 2013 Ram,i found 33 seconds to be where my Evic wouldn't keep turning on and off .
I tried several differant settings and somewhere between 31 and 35 seconds seemed to be the best range for my 13 ...

I've been been thinking i might give one of Seans tunes a try.
There's also a few shops around here that do have a fair bit of Hemi tuning under their belt too.

Took a week and a few phone calls,but the guys at Airdrie Truck finally got my tuner working.
They did a 2014 EcoBoost yesterday,and it was a piece of cake compared to doing my 2013 4.7 Dodge :wink:

It at least shows the 4.7 engine,but it's giving us Calbration Update Sequence Error 4,and won't marry to the truck.
