I also have a 2015 Chevy 2500. Plugged the Trinity into that and it still loops the vehicle selection screen there too.

I'm having this same issue with the 2015 Ram Trinity/PCM. Endless loop of Vehicle Selection when connected to either the computer or the truck.

Wouldn't the knock sensors take care of that?

Yes, it works fine. It's just not new in the box. Amazon has been nice enough to offer me a 10% refund on it or a new replacement.

My inTune arrived in an open and beat up box. Tuner has someones fingerprints all over the touchscreen and the VIN to a 2011 Dodge Charger stored in it. Obviously NOT a new product.

Seems to work though, update says it's current and licensed 1/1 to my Dodge Ram VIN.

I updated my inTune, it rebooted and then I get a calibration error.
After trying to clear/reset/force calibration... now I plug it into the computer and it says "This inTune is up to date."

How do I register this thing?
How do I get a key so I can delete vehicles?

This inTune was bought as new ...
