ok Mike, after your last question I used windows on my mac through parallels software. As soon as I plugged the device in under windows, it loaded the file you sent me. After that installed it said I had more updates, so I installed them through ignition under windows. It said I had updates 1 more ...

mac. it does put it in the drive, the unit doesn't install.

no good Mike. I put the file in the drive and it just sits there. It says "hit continue to reboot" but upon reboot, the file sits in the drive without installing. I think i need to send this back to you guys to look at it in person....
