Extreme PowerPuck Adjustments

Hey guys,

On the 2007 Jeep Liberty CRD, what systems does the device make adjustments to? Boost, shift points, fuel rail pressure...?
Trying to make an informed decision, so a complete and detailed response is appreciated.
