I have a 2000 f350 7.3 L and I am not sure if it has been reflashed before but it runs realy good and this leads me to believe that maybe it has....and my buddy just gave me the I'm two horny chip out of his (early model) 99 f350.
It did not come with a switch to go back and forth between the positions for the chip.
1). Where can I find the switch?
2). Where can I find out what programs are on it? remap ect? Is there a website or contact info for this?
3). Will it work with my truck? can I just plug it in even though my truck may have been reflashed? would this harm my truck?

Plug it in, if it starts and runs, it works, if not, it will need to be flashed to your specific calibrations.
Not all chips had a switch.

Ok great.
I thought all of the Im two horny chips all were two position switches?
Will It do any damage if my truck has already been flashed? or will it simply over ride the flash?

if the chip is set for a different calibration, the truck will either not start, or will start and run poorly.
if so, remove the chip with the keys out of the ignition, and have it flashed to your calibration.
