I have a 2007 Corvette and I would like to keep the programmer in the console of the car. However, the temperature within that console becomes extremely hot . Will the high temperature affect the programmer? Thanks for your help!

RE: U 7194 and high temperatures
My tool lives in the car at all times, and once or twice the screen has gone all black when powered up due to excess heat.
Letting it cool off for 10 minutes fixes it no problem, but this will only happen if the LCD display is left in direct sunlight.
It should be fine in the console.
Thanks
