T1000 Firmware

I haven't updated my T1000 to any newer firmware as of yet.
Are there any specific procedures or guidelines, anything I should be concerned with such as loosing data / tunes or do I start over?

you have to restore the original backup stock tune to the vehicle first anyway before you can update the trinity.. so no, you won't lose anything..

then after you update it, you can reinstall the preset tunes..
