Hi there when a customer buys a tuner and if they want to return it do they go thru you and what are the procedures and how long do they have because I've had numerous customers that will come after 28 days and then they say it doesn't work for them and your package says 30 money back guarantee so any advice would be helpful thanks have a great day talk to you soon ...

returns should be handled by the retailer and sent back up the chain.
