2010 Escalade fuel

I have a 2010 Escalada that is a flex fuel vehicle. I normally run E85. Will I still be able to run E85 after installing the Diablo tune with my i2 intune, or will I have to switch to 93 octane. Also, if I cannot run E85 after tuning, can I leave the base tune on the vehicle, and change only the speed limiter and tire size and run the E85? Thanks for your help.

Yes, you can still run e85 with the 93 tune.
