issues with the T1000 after update

Hey everybody,

I´m new here in this forum and first of all I wanna say sorry for my bad english (I´m from Germany).
I hope somebody can help me with my problem.

I bought a 2012 dodge charger about 3 years ago and with it a DiabloSport T1000 device.
Yesterday I wanted to make the latest update with the device (Mega Crom 1r13).
Everything was fine during the update, the device could be connected with my laptop and it
was "on remote".

When the installation was finished there was popup (I don´t know the exactly words), that I have to choose
which make of car I have. The device was still connected to the laptop at that point.

So I wanted to connect the T1000 with the OBD slot and all what happens was, that the LEDs turned on (faster than normal)
and I´ve got a black screen now. Look at the attached picture.

I wanted to try to repeat the whole process (update installation on device) but now the T1000 is not gonna get found from
my laptop anymore.

How can I fix that problem? Does anybody had the same problem before?

I hope that somebody can help me with this.

old down the left directional button while applying usb power and hold the button until it boots up all the way, if it makes it to the veh selection screen, open dsdl and let it update.
