tunes are missing

I have an i3, been using it for 2 years on my 2018 Challenger 5.7 A8, never an issue with it. Recently I decided to change my throttle boost, and it all worked properly, but I wanted to revert back to the original, but before doing that I connected the tuner to my wifi and ran updates. Once all the updates completed I re-booted it, reconnected to wifi and checked for updates again, and it said no updates available. Then I went to do Advanced Tune option but no tunes were in the list. Normally I would see the Diablo 93 and 91 tunes, but now I don't see any. And when I select modify stock tune (the only option) and I select MDS to disable, the tool hangs and I am forced to unplug, it never will go beyond this.
