Yeah, but they're still built, and mostly engineered, in the UK.

Not bad for a piggyback, huh Mike? First column is stock, second is with it installed. Ran in the same spot, temp just 4° different, TCS on, tranny in Sport, floor the pedal. The improvement just keeps getting better as the speeds rise. Of course, distance and speed are measured by GPS. Very impressed.

Now just think what you guys could do, if a stupid piggyback that just plugs into the MAPs can make over 100hp gains. The runs are being hurt by the transmission. It cuts power to shift, which makes an awful bog (check out the 60' times).

Can't wait to get a working inTune back so I can see exactly what they're telling the computer.

Got the tool back, having the errors I emailed you about. We'll talk when you get back next week.

Trying to select PIDs.

Trying to log with whatever is preselected just gives the dot in the middle of the screen

Looking at the info.xml and this screen, it did pull my VIN and some sort of CalID. It just doesn't know what to do with them.

is that VIN correct?

If so, try loading this file to the tool, let it reboot, and see if it has better luck.

The VIN is correct. I'll give this a shot. Where do I drop it, on the inTune drive?

No good. Same errors. It tried to record something, I think. It asked if I wanted to save, but it says Log File Empty.

Any ideas? I'm sure it won't let me pull a backup that you guys can examine, but anything I can do, I'm up for it.

well, if you want to hang onto it for a while, there may be some light relating to another import vehicle....

I'll hang onto it. Doubt any other import is gonna be helpful though. I don't know of anybody using Hex-CAN besides VW, Audi, Porsche and Bentley, and lord knows you aren't supporting Porsche or Bentley. Most other marques are using ISO-Can, which doesn't work. I already tried my ISO CAN cable from the BMW.

Not sure what Protocol ELM327 is, but Torque Pro does get some stuff from the computer. Not the relevant stuff, but some stuff.
