2008 C6 Vette. Diablo Tuned Issues

Please help.
I purchased a 2008 C6 Corvette. It is Diablo tuned but did not come with a tuner. The dealership ordered one for me but after receiving in mail I updated via laptop connection then plugged into vehicle. Tuner said not supported and to update. I then updated and tried again. Same issue. What is wrong? Not very impressed with this at all.

if there's already a diablosport tune on the vehicle, then the programmer will not let you do anything, because it detects that there is already a diablo tune on the vehicle.. you need to have your dealer flash your ECM/TCM modules back to factory stock GM programming first.. then you will be able to use your new diablosport programmer on it.
