also I know I have a Vacuum leak buzz behind dash sound
when stock program is installed I get on my module:
turbocharger overboost-manifold pressure reading above turbocharger overboost limit detected
manifold absolute pressure sensor input below minimum acceptable voltage
cooling fan speed- Sensor? fan seems fine
sensor reference voltage 1 circuit low
when I put any program on I get all the above +
control module programming error / not programmed, however it feels programmed and acts programmed
how do I fix these issues?
today I had an intermittant defuel bounce off of 25psi of boost thing, then it would go away and I could get 35psi boost
I am lost, no codes for 80,000 miles now this?

RE: help w/ codes
Check the plug coming from the Puck going to the MAP sensor. The pins can pull out pretty easy and would cause these problems. If you look at the plug from the back side(female end) the rubber insert may be sticking out. Just push the wires in to re-seat them and clear the codes and start er up. Should fix your issue.
Re: help w/ codes
Sounds like you need to install a Boost Fooler.

Thanks trying this, I think this is where my problem may be.mjensen wrote:Check the plug coming from the Puck going to the MAP sensor. YES it does however, why no codes and no issues for ~ 80,000 miles now this??
