Revved up!?

With the tuner in my truck, it gets pretty hairy. If i'm in neutral or park, and I hit the throttle, the truck doesn't rev back down. It will hang around 3000rpm. Eventually, I have to shut the truck off to get it to stop. However, when I have the tuner out of the truck and put it back on stock, this goes right away. The guys on cummins forum say that its high rail pressure, and the predators are known for it. What I want to know is how to fix it? Thanks!!

its a common issue with the tuned cummins, best bet is to avoid revving it in neutral.

Thanks

Updating the tuner won't fix the issue?
