U7165 Not reading ignition on

U7165 - Version 9r11

I have a 2004 F-250 with the 6.0. I am unable to download the stock program to the DSDL. The error message comes up asking if I turned the ignition back on. It also has the message about an aftermarket module. I am certain there is no module. I also had the dealer reflash the computer. I do not have anything attached that needs to be removed. I have also tried doing it with the "Verification" turned off. I also do not have another 6.0 to test this on. Looks like this has ocurred several times previously with other similar posts to this forum.

I would restore the stock tune and update to the latest revision.

I'm having the same problem and tried to reinstall the stock tune but am getting the same message that I haven't turned the ignition on. Help please
