2006 6.0 custom tune maybe?

OK guys, tuned to the 100 hp. on a 2006 f350 6.0 if i dont let it warm up for a few mins, it runs rough for at least a mile, bucking,missing...... just cleaned the EGR valve and replaced the gaskets on that but no difference on start off and initial acceleration after sitting overnight or a few hours. Wondering if there might be a tune to fix this ? Or has anyone else had a problem like this?

Sounds like an injector problem. Does is smoke when you first start it?
