2002 ford f350, tool says that it's not licensed for vehicle

2002 Ford -350

After trying out a few tunes and setting the vehicle back to original backup. Now tool says that it isn't Licensed for the vehicle. I did try a update for tool and then got the message. What do I need to do to correct this?

We can fix that for you, but you'll need to call us up with the tool powered up in the vehicle to get it straightened out.
