Do I really need to tell you the same thing over and over, like there is not hundreds or thousands of other people with the same problem????????
Your tuner for the lack of a better word SUCKS....it does not and has not worked as advertised since I bought it, no power and the fuel mileage is worse than stock.
You advertise 100hp gain it might be getting 25 if that.. and the fuel mileage is at best worse than stock.
You have told me you guys were working on the problem many times and still 2 years later still nothing.
We are all tired of the excuses, put up or give us our money back!
Now I am wondering how many days to get an answer if I even get one!
Oh and another thing you can put the blame all you want on Ford but thats not what you advertise, and you are still selling the U7165.
