I want lope tune can I get a custom program?

I have a 2006 6.0 Powerstroke, I bought a predator off my friend with 3 tunes, I would like a custom tune, and I want lope can I get that? If not I am gonna have to get another programer I really want lope tune lol. Thank you any help with this would be very appricative

Makes it sound like a vintage cam "po-tato po-tato" lol Hard on injectors tho.
