predator won't back up original memory

hi , i tried to install the predator and followed instructions but came up saying it did not see ignition, maybe a performance module installed,and original back up not saved. showing codes p0602, p0605, p1211,p1690.
please tell me what i need to do.

hi, i purchased this truck used and this is the first time i am trying anything like this.i will be checking if there is any chip plugged in the computer, but if not what can i do?
2000 ford f250 , serial# doo4c2d, V9R01,calid VOAA8R4

Call support on Monday, someone will need to look up the codes and step you through the install.

These are not active codes, the Predator is simply stating that those codes are normal for a tuned vehicle...

Hi, i just removed the computer box and there is no chip plugged into it,
please let me know what is my next step.

OK, try this.
Go to options/troubleshooting/verification.
Turn verification off, then attempt to install the tune, let me know if that works...

If it would not save it with Verification off, then I do not know what it could be.
Best suggestion I can make now is to have the truck reflashed at a Ford dealer.

Is there anything i can try before sending this Predator back as you know i am in jamaica. i have gotten another computer and it still reads as above, what could the problem be. I purchased this unit from Extreme Diesel online.

Short of having the PCM reflashed by a Fprd dealer, I do not have any other suggestions at this point.

hey guys i finally got the predater to work one problem can this tool be used to change the speed limit settings and how do i do it.Speed limiter trips at 87mph.

Before you install the tune ..you have the option to modify parameters.select modify parameters.. then you should see another menu...select speed limiter.Hope this helps.

i did some fiddling around and then test drive now its going up to 100mph + its awesome.
