u7180 03 gmc 2500hd duramax bought used and the owner kept predator and bought an 06 2500hd duramax thought it would work on it only to find out it cantafter he plugged into it so he gave it to me but it wont even allow me to return original truck to stock what needs to be done

when trying to do any loading it comes up with access denied wont even allow me to set to factory setting

Best option I see is to send the U7180 in for a $99 hardware upgrade to convert it to thelatest hardware/software we offer.
This gets you all the new tunes, adds datalogging, and adds the ability to update the tool over the internet.
