Logs in 3.4.4.24 not displaying properly

In the last few months especially, datalogs from customers are not displaying properly.

PIDs data is frozen at start of log, trace curser doesn't work, Long proven, legacy PID values are nonsense

This is in addition to External PID (i3) either not showing at all or Zero'd when trying to live stream with DV

Ext PID's are still not working on the Trinity T1000 for this version of data viewer. They worked prior to the update.
Is there a link to previous DataViewers that Ext PID still work?

I'm running DataViewer 3.4.4.24 and have had no issues with customers logs at all... I only do GM vehicles, and no issues with any of their logs, unless they're using a Trinity and have not manually added the required parameters I need to see...
